(WKBN) — Sunday saw severe weather across the Valley, leaving hundreds without power, properties damaged, trees uprooted and powerlines knocked down across the region.

Throughout the early evening, Trumbull, Columbiana and Mercer counties had severe thunderstorm warnings, and a tornado warning was issued for Mercer County. The storms brought damaging winds, large hail, heavy rain and lightning.

Crews are working all over the region to clean up damage.

Below are photos of powerlines and trees down along Hopper and Patricia West Drive in Transfer, Pa.

A tree fell on the roof of Fractured Grape Winery and Pulse Coffeshop on Market Street in New Wilmington, Pa. Manager Johnathon Wright said the shop and patio sustained damage but is planning to stay open during repairs.

A tree was uprooted and blocked Grove Road near Mercer Road in Mercer.

Another blocked a driveway on Line Road near Fredonia, Pa.

Viewers reported seeing nickel-sized hail across the region. Below is a photo submitted from Brookfield.
