TCU had UCF in big trouble, but it couldn't hang on in a rough 35-34 Big 12 loss. It gets this, Florida State, and then it has to go on the road for three straight ACC games.

Why SMU Will Win
TCU's defense was find against LIU and held up well against Stanford, but again, it couldn't get the job done against UCF after getting up 28-7.SMU has the parts, it has the offense, and it has the potential to blow up and get the attack moving like everyone expected. There will be plenty of chances against a D that doesn't take the ball away enough and a Horned Frog O that won't control the clock thanks to a lack of a running game.
