The Arab American Comedy Festival: Full lineup and details

Since 2003, this festival has gathered new and well-known names from within the community for some epic acts, this year very much included. The festival is broken down into three days of fun featuring 20 comedians, including Paul Elia, Nataly Aukar and Ahmed Al-kadri:

– First, there's the Palestinian Comedians and Friends show on Thursday, October 17 at 7pm, including the festival's co-founders Dean Obiedallah and Maysoon Zayid alongside a half-dozen other comedians.

— Next, there's the Arab Comedy Bizarre show on Friday, October 18 at 7pm, featuring all of the festival's comedians performing a tight five.

— The event wraps up on Saturday, October 19 with the Arab Comedy Legends and the Arab Comedy All Stars shows, which has "the top Arab American comedians from across the US joining together for a big closing night show."

"From the very beginning, our festival has aimed to challenge stereotypes and amplify funny Arab American voices. Our festival includes diverse talent in terms of religion (Muslims, Jews, Christians, Buddhists and Atheists), gender and sexuality," explained co-founder and comedian Maysoon Zayid , who has been featured on countless television shows and is an activist for the disability community.
