Chelsea won 3-0 at West Ham in the first Premier League game of the weekend.

Nicolas Jackson got the Blues off to a flying start by scoring twice inside the opening 18 minutes.

Jackson then assisted Cole Palmer for Chelsea's third goal early in the second half.
