Three people were taken to the hospital with injuries following a shooting in Canonsburg.The shooting happened just before midnight Thursday on Blaine Avenue.Canonsburg Police Chief Alexander Coghill said the victims' injuries are not believed to be life-threatening and all three are in the hospital.The victims included at least one man and one woman.When asked if the shooting might be related to a nearby shots fired call from a few nights before, Chief Coghill said, "Naturally we're in the early stages of the investigation, and we believe it's too coincidental. We believe they're obviously tied together."State police and Washington County detectives are assisting in the investigation.As of early Friday morning, no arrests had been announced.
