Obituaries can be submitted for any future date, but they must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. the day prior to its running for it to be published.

Giana Mirenda scored with less than five minutes left in the game to give Berks Catholic a 1-0 field hockey win over Wyomissing on Thursday.

Lilly Stirr assised on Mirenda's goal, which came with 4:44 left.

The Spartans had a 7-5 edge in shots and the Saints had an 11-10 edge in corners.

Berks Catholic goalie Tori Agostini made seven saves and Wyomissing goalie Elina Serrano made four.

Wilson 9, Muhlenberg 0

Liv Rienhart and Evelyn Melograna each scored two goals to lead Wilson to a 9-0 field hockey victory over Muhlenberg on Thursday.

Laura Crocona, Caroline Horace, Sophie Wilchek, Ava Connor and Sam Martinez also scored for the Bulldogs.

Horace, Olivia Bressler, Crocona, Sidni Templeton (2), Wilchek and Evelyn Melograna had assists.

Wilson had a 25-0 edge in shots.

Muhlenberg goalie Gabby Small made 16 saves.

Kutztown 2, Fleetwood 2

Kutztown and Fleetwood played to a 2-2 tie in field hockey on Thursday.

Sam Clark and Cloey Renner each scored unassisted goals for the Cougars, who had a 13-8 edge in shots.

.For the Tigers, Sophia Barrell-Kobryn and Zofia Funari scored, with both goals being assisted by Addyson Negron.

Kutztown goalie Jasmine Moyer made six saves.

Fleetwood goalie Hailey Eckert made saves 8.
