Andrew J. Barno

Andrew John Barno, son of Kevin and Bridget Barno of Mountain Top, is
celebrating his third birthday today, Sept. 8. Drew is the grandson of Joseph
and Kathleen Stone, Wilkes-Barre, and Raymond and Charlene Barno, Sussex, N.J.
He is the great-grandson of Leonard and Helen Javick, Wilkes-Barre, and Stella
Yashinski, Coconut Creek, Fla. Drew has a sister, Erin Elizabeth, 1.
Charles Long

Charles Long, son of Arthur and Mary Ann Long of Wilkes-Barre, is
celebrating his eighth birthday today, Sept. 8. Charles is a grandson of
Norman and Margaret Kopiak, Wilkes-Barre, and the late Arthur and Mary Long.
He has two brothers, David, 10, and Arthur, 2.

Raymond J. Rittenhouse Jr.

Raymond Joseph Rittenhouse Jr., son of Sue Paveletz and the late Ray
Rittenhouse, is celebrating his ninth birthday today, Sept. 8. Raymond is a
grandson of Gene Paveletz, Nanticoke; the late Maureen Paveletz; and the late
Nellie Rittenhouse. He is a great-grandson of Betsy Kinney, Kingston Township;
the late Ruth Edwards; and the late Stella Paveletz. Raymond has a brother,
Ryan, 11.

Derek J. Kasmark

Derek James Kasmark, son of Ben and Christine Kasmark of Harding, is
celebrating his first birthday today, Sept. 8. Derek is the grandson of Paul
and Carol Sokoloski, Luzerne, and Ben and Betty Kasmark, Dallas.

Andrew Michael Cipriani, son of Michael and Michele Cipriani of Sugar
Notch, is celebrating his 10th birthday today, Sept. 8. Andrew is the grandson
of Michael and Mary Alice Bienick, Sugar Notch, and Thomas and Teresa
Cipriani, Ashley. He is the great-grandson of Magdalen Skrip, Sugar Notch, and
the late Dorothy Bienick.

Abigail Jane Decker, daughter of Elizabeth Decker of Wyoming and Andrew
Despain, Prescott, Ariz., is celebrating her first birthday today, Sept. 8.
Abigail is the granddaughter of David and Susan Doty, Wyoming; Paul Decker and
Donna Howe, Moosic; and Larry and Joan Despain, Prescott, Ariz.

Ronald Tyler Hughes, son of Catherine and William Hughes Sr. of Pittston,
is celebrating his 11th birthday today, Sept. 8. Ronald is a grandson of Fanny
Cook, Exeter; Bill and Ila Hughes, North Carolina; Roxanne Aston, Pittston;
and the late Thomas J. Cook Sr. He has a sister, Nicole, 18, and three
brothers, William Jr., 17, Christopher, 15, and Joshua, 8.

Abigail M. McCabe

Abigail M. McCabe, daughter of Eric and Ann McCabe of Shavertown, is
celebrating her sixth birthday today, Sept. 8. Abbey is the granddaughter of
Jack and Anne Mulroy, Wilkes-Barre; Ed and Diane McCabe, Shavertown; and
Lenore Dreisbach, Alva, Fla. She is the great-granddaughter of James McCabe,
Pittston, and Irene Beers, Lehighton. Abbey has two brothers, Andrew, 12, and
James, 20 months.

Ray L. Knaub III, son of Marlene and Ray Knaub Jr. of West Wyoming,
celebrated his fifth birthday Sept. 3. Ray is the grandson of Bernadine
Podshoch, Swoyersville. He has a sister, Elizabeth, 10.

Devin Anthony Hardin, son of David Hardin and Mollie McEvoy, celebrated his
third birthday Sept. 6. Devin is the grandson of William and Cynthia Arnold,
Bushnell, Fla.; James McEvoy, Courtdale; and the late Mary Ella McEvoy. He is
the great-grandson of Edward and Jacklin Parsons, Harveys Lake. Devin is the
great-great-grandson of Alice Covert, Sweet Valley, and the late Jack Covert.
He has a sister, Kiley Ella, 1.

Kaley Ann Egan, daughter of Larry and Georgia (Dombek) Egan of Lehman,
celebrated her sixth birthday Sept. 6. Kaley is a granddaughter of Janice
Dombek, Dallas; Janet O’Keefe, Baldwin, N.Y.; Larry Egan, Bayville, N.Y.; and
the late George Dombek. She is a great-granddaughter of Anna Egan, Bayville,
N.Y. Kaley has a brother, Nicholas, 8, and a sister, Riley, 1.

Nicole M. Novakoski, daughter of Ron and Pam Novakoski of Nanticoke, is
celebrating her 10th birthday today, Sept. 8. Nicole is the granddaughter of
