Timothy Lynn Ash OBITUARY
Timothy Lynn Ash, age 67, of Mt. Pleasant passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at the University of Michigan Health – Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. A Memorial Service for Tim will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Saturday, October 19, 2024, with Anthony Stockton officiating. The family will receive friends the day of the service from 12 noon until the time of the service. A Luncheon will immediately follow in the Reflections Reception Center. Memorial contributions may be made to Morey Cancer Center. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel. Tim was born on September 15, 1957, in Mt. Pleasant, son of Alvin and Shirley (Bushong) Ash. He married Frances Benaske on August 25, 1984, in Mt. Pleasant. Tim was a master cabinet maker and a true wood working artist. He enjoyed fishing, designing furniture, and keeping his yard in tip top shape. His granddaughters were his world. Tim is survived by his wife of 40 years, Fran Ash; children, Lisa (Anthony) Stockton of Bradenton, FL, and Kyle (Emily) Ash of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren, Madelynn, Ella, and Meredith; parents, Alvin and Shirley Ash; siblings, Doug (Janis) Ash, Gwen (Robert) Kidder, and Kevin Ash; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
