Tom Brady's $17m mega-mansion NFL legend was 'unsatisfied' with finally complete as incredible drone snaps show off home

IT APPEARS that Tom Brady has finally finished construction on his $17 million mega-mansion.

Recently snapped pics have shown the finishing touches placed on Brady's home that has been under construction for months.

The mansion rests on Indian Creek Island in Miami, Florida, and appeared to be near completion earlier in the year.

However, last minute changes of plan caused Brady to tear up much of the green space outside of the home for new designs.

After months of construction, those plans appear to finally be finished as the yellow tape is off of Brady's mansion and beautiful outdoor features have been added.

Aerial pictures show such features as a basketball and tennis court in the front yard, as well as multiple plots for gardening.

The backyard includes a large green area and a small, shaded area with trees for lounging.

Of course, Brady added a massive pool that overlooks the water as the finishing touch on his incredible outdoor space.

It isn't clear exactly how much Brady spent on the property, but the LLC through which it was purchased in 2020 was approved for a construction loan of $36 million from JPMorgan Chase, according to the New York Post.

The legend has been working on his mega-mansion ever since retiring from the NFL so he can move into the neighborhood dubbed Billionaire Bunker.

Big names such as Jeff Bezos and Ivanka Trump have property in the neighborhood.

It is also extremely close to a golf course, and Brady is known to enjoy playing.

Brady was originally set to move into the neighborhood with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen with their children before splitting.

After the divorce, Brady took over the $17 million plot of land and Bundchen found a $11.5 million property just across the water.

Both Brady and Bundchen have beautiful homes in the neighborhood now, but Brady's is much bigger at 20,200 square feet versus 6,600 square feet.

Brady has already started to spend some time at the home, posting pictures poolside at the property.

"Home is where the heart is," he captioned the Instagram photo.

The pool where Brady took the picture is also right next to a dock which looks to have been completed in the photos.

The dock could be an easy way for Brady's kids to get back and forth between his and Bundchen's houses to see their parents.

Brady likely won't spend much time in his newly completed home until the NFL offseason, as he is traveling to NFL games every week as part of his deal with Fox Sports.

However, his Fox NFL deal is certainly helping fund his lavish home, as he signed a mega-deal immediately after retirement.

Brady is locked in for 10 years with Fox, making $37.5 million per year as a color commentator.
