Trump 'very confident' of win, rejects election-related violence

Donald Trump said he does not want any election-related violence as his contentious campaign for the presidency against Kamala Harris was in its final hours on Tuesday.

"My supporters are not violent people. I don't have to tell them that. And I certainly don't want any violence. But I certainly don't have to tell them that - these are great people," he said in response to a reporter's question at a polling site in West Palm Beach, Florida where he cast his vote.

Trump said he he feels "very confident" he will serve a second term in the White House once all the votes are counted.

"It looks like Republicans have shown up in force, so we'll see how it turns out," he said.

Trump said he ran a "great campaign" and had no regrets.
