NEW ORLEANS ( WGNO ) — Two men have been hospitalized following a shooting that happened in the Gentilly Woods area of New Orleans on Tuesday evening, Nov. 12. According to the New Orleans Police Department, report of the shooting, which occurred at Chef Menteur Highway and Congress Drive, came at 7:39 p.m. and was confirmed at 8:01 p.m. Stolen car and drugs obtained following Kenner chase: police The initial investigation shows that two men were shot. One was taken by EMS to a local hospital and the other was taken to a hospital by private conveyance. Now, his sister wants the dogs' owners charged with murder.
