Vancouver PD looks to talk to people in connection with mall shooting

VANCOUVER Wash. (KPTV) - The Vancouver Police Department is looking to talk with two people in connection with a shooting at the Vancouver Mall on Thursday night. Police say the people are not believed to be involved with the shooting, but were there at the time the shooting took place. The shooting occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday night, during a Halloween event at the mall. One person was killed and two more were injured.
