B.Martinez3 months ago
For the second time this season, the bright lights of Monday Night Football will shine on U.S. Bank Stadium as the Minnesota Vikings will play host to the Chicago Bears . We want everyone to be able to follow along with this one wherever they are, so we’re going to give you all of the information you need to do that right here.

Television Info Kickoff for this one is a lot later than it normally is, with things set to get underway at this evening. The game will be airing on both ESPN and ABC, which is KSTP-5 in the Twin Cities area. The game will be called by Joe Buck and Troy Aikman, which will please some of you and absolutely infuriate everyone else. No map necessary for this one, as it’s going to be the only game in town.

For our men and women serving in uniform overseas, the American Forces Network will be airing this one on AFN Sports. It’s going to be a late night or an early morning for you folks, as kickoff for this one is slated for . That translates to a start for viewers in Central Europe, for everyone on Arabian Time, and for fans in Japan and Korea. Hit the chow hall, get yourself an omelet, and watch the Vikings.

Radio Info If you have a Vikings Radio Network affiliate in your area, most of them will probably be carrying the game. We’ve provided you with the full list of affiliates for this season, so use our page to find the affiliate nearest to you.

For those of you who are going to use satellite radio to listen to this one, you can find the feed from the Vikings Radio Network on SiriusXM Channel 225. You can listen to the Broncos’ feed on Channel 226 if you feel compelled to do so for whatever reason. You can also get the national feed from Westwood One on SiriusXM NFL Radio, Channel 88, or listen to the game en español on Channel 227.If you’re using the SiriusXM app, the Vikings’ permanent home there is on Channel 820.

Referee Info The gang from Football Zebras informs us that the officiating crew for this contest will be led by Alex Kemp. The last time the Vikings saw Kemp was a good one, as his crew handled the Thanksgiving Night game at U.S. Bank Stadium last season that saw the Vikings defeat the New England Patriots , 33-26.

Weather Info Obviously, the game itself won’t be affected by the elements, being played inside of the cozy confines of U.S. Bank Stadium. If you’ll be traveling or partaking in any pre-game festivities, our friends from WeatherNation will tell you that you should dress warmly. Temperatures at kickoff will be right around 20 degrees with winds out of the northwest at around 10 miles/hour.

Betting Info Not a lot has changed from the opening betting lines that were put out early this week by the DraftKings Sportsbook. The Vikings still sit as a 3-point favorite for tonight’s game, with the over/under sitting at 44 points.

Streaming Info You should be able to watch this one on one of numerous streaming services, since most of them will have ESPN or ABC available, such as Fubo TVSling TV

I’ll say the same thing about illegal streams that I always say: don’t. Or damn sure don’t go advertising them here. You’ll be banned and that will be the end of it.

Post-Game Info We will not be having a live post-game show this week courtesy of Vikings Report with Drew and Ted because a) yours truly will be at work this evening and b) Ted is taking his grandson to his first-ever Vikings game. We’ll be back with our post-game shows after the Raiders game in Week 14.

That should be all of the information you need to follow along with all the action from U.S. Bank Stadium tonight as the Vikings host the Bears. We’ll have the first Open Thread of the day dropping at around 6:15 PM Central time and we hope you’ll join us for tonight’s game.
