Meet and greets are a fan's dream and Mookie Betts is ready for it. The Dodgers fans were in for an exciting evening as World Series champion Betts made an appearance this Wednesday night in Glendale. The three-time champion was at the store from 6 to 7 p.m. to meet fans, take photos, and sign autographs. It marked a special opportunity for fans to get up close and personal with one of the game's top stars following the Dodgers' triumphant victory over the New York Yankees in the World Series.

To ensure everyone gets a chance to meet Mookie Betts, wristbands were required for both entrance and autographs. Fans eager to attend the event began lining up early in the morning outside the store to secure their wristbands. Starting at 9 a.m., 150 wristbands were distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Of course, there was a high demand; in a video uploaded on Instagram by Dodgers Nation, the line seems to be never-ending, as if the whole town of Glendale had come to visit Betts.

After the Los Angeles Dodgers' World Series win over the New York Yankees in a thrilling five-game series, Mookie Betts joined his teammates in several public appearances to celebrate. Earlier this week, Walker Buehler met fans in Cerritos, while Enrique Hernández got into the spirit by "working" a shift at Raising Cane's in Alhambra. The event had a light-heated vibe, with Enrique serving the customers and also engaging in a fun banter.

Mookie Betts and others join in celebratory campaigns Now that the postseason is over, many ventures are taking advantage of the chilled off-season – inviting the fan-favorite baseball players out of the field and onto their stores. While we saw Mookie Bett's meet and greet in Glendale, Enrique Hernandez wasn't shy either. Following the team's recent World Series victory, the Los Angeles Dodgers star was spotted serving chicken fingers at a Raising Cane's restaurant in Alhambra, California. Hernández even made the decision to exchange his baseball bat for an apron.

Hernández, who was instrumental in the Dodgers' World Series victory, worked a shift as a cashier and fry cook in the morning. The experience, which included everything from flipping fries to taking orders at the walk-in counter and drive-thru, was a welcome change from the glitz and glitter usually associated with professional sportsmen following a championship victory. This triggered fans to share their thoughts on social media, followed by the franchise uploading a video of this camaraderie.

Hernández also talked about the city's tremendous support and the importance of the title. Surrounded by supporters and holding a meal of chicken fingers and fries, he noted, "How the city came through for us. It's amazing." The last couple of weeks have been nothing short of dreams for the Dodgers; what's your opinion on these celebratory meet-ups? Share below.
