Good news: The Seattle Seahawks defensive line is about as healthy as its been all season.

Bad news: The secondary is as banged up as its been all season.

Friday's injury report for Seattle's Week 7 road game against the Atlanta Falcons has been released, and the Seahawks will not have starting cornerbacks Tre Brown or Riq Woolen to deal with Atlanta's dangerous passing attack. Brown injured his ankle against the San Francisco 49ers, while Woolen's ankle injury occurred versus the New York Giants. Artie Burns was placed on injured reserve , so the Seahawks are effectively down three corners. Rookies Nehemiah Pritchett and Dee Williams are the only other healthy full-time corners on the active roster, while Coby Bryant is a safety/nickel hybrid. Seattle also signed Eric Garror to the practice squad .

Meanwhile, third-string right tackle Stone Forsythe is out with a hand injury, which means that Seattle will be turning to sixth-round rookie Michael Jerrell to make his first NFL start. Jerrell has been inactive for most of the season, and this weekend will mark his first regular season snaps. Jason Peters will not be elevated from the practice squad, according to coach Mike Macdonald.

Safety Jerrick Reed II remains off the active roster after starting the season on PUP. Reed was designated for return to practice earlier this week , so it's no surprise that he isn't instantly ready to be on the active roster. There's a 21-day window for Reed to practice and if he isn't put on the roster within that window, he reverts back to PUP for the season.

Everyone else is seemingly good to go. It seems as if the injuries to Tyler Lockett and Kenny McIntosh were not serious enough to jeopardize their gameday availabilities. Most important news is that Byron Murphy II is back in the lineup after missing Seattle's three losses with a hamstring injury.
