"I know it seems like an obvious one, but imagine if they lied for like 10 years or something? Imagine how crazy?" she said. Other traits listed included "someone who has a job," "financially contribute" and someone who "didn't accuse" her of "cheating on them all the time."

Since her divorce, Ovard has begun posting more comedic content on TikTok, focused on her "divorce era," speaking about embracing her single life and taking the time to " rediscover herself ."

When did Aspyn and Parker Ferris divorce? On April 1, Ovard filed for divorce from her husband, in Salt Lake City, Utah, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE. The divorce filing occurred the same day Ovard announced the birth of her third child with Ferris in a video posted to her Instagram and TikTok .

Shortly after the initial filing, Ovard and Ferris decided to pause their divorce proceedings on April 17 for additional time to negotiate their settlement.

What has Aspyn Ovard said about her divorce? Ovard has mostly remained silent on why she decided to separate from Ferris. However, the YouTuber gave insight on why she hasn't spoken out in a TikTok shared in August . "You see how I considered my children and how it would affect them to have their family's personal information shared all over the Internet? Very smart, very good mom," she said in the clip while holding her newborn.

Ovard also revealed that she doesn't "believe in the concept of marriage" amid her divorce while appearing on the Weekly Trash podcast with Josie Van Dyke in September.

"You just never know what life is gonna throw at you," she explained, adding that she felt like she "couldn't commit" to getting legally married again. "I would have a long-term partner If I met someone, but to get legally married? I would never do it again."

Since then, Ovard has been active on TikTok posting about her "divorce era" and healing process. In a TikTok posted on Oct. 11, she confirmed that she "didn't think I've ever been cheated on to my knowledge" but alluded to a betrayal that her friends knew about but didn't tell her at the time in another TikTok shared on Oct. 22. In the video, Ovard said she would "never forgive" the friends who knew about the situation.

"These are people that I thought cared about me... even if they felt like 'oh it's not my business;' it should've been," she said. "If I was in this situation, I feel like it should have been like, 'You need to tell her, and if you don't, I will.' "

She also posted a now-deleted video that outlined the key traits she was looking for in a partner, including "someone who doesn't lie."

"I know it seems like an obvious one, but imagine if they lied for like 10 years or something? Imagine how crazy?" she said and listed other traits like "someone who has a job" and a partner who didn't "didn't accuse" her of "cheating on them all the time."

Where do Aspyn and Parker stand after their divorce? Ovard and Ferris have continued to co-parent their three children amid their divorce.

In a TikTok shared in September, Ovard revealed that despite their separation, the pair remain "besties" and posed with him and their newborn baby while Olivia Rodrigo's "Bad Idea Right?" played in the background of the video.

Ovard has included Ferris in other humorous TikTok videos over the last few months, though she clarified her relationship status on the Pretty Basic Podcast in September, teasing that the divorce proceedings have been finalized between the pair.

"In terms of a relationship status, it's weird for me to say 'I'm single' because I have not said that since I was 17 years old," she explained. "So really I've never even been single as an adult ever ... so it's a different era that I'm going into."
