Doug Earl of Verona is this week's You Toon winner. Congratulations, Doug!

His caption about former President Donald Trump's claim about migrants eating pets beat out more than 90 entries.

Earl wins publication of today's finished cartoon and will receive a signed print by artist Phil Hands.
