During the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft, the Panthers selected him, and Tremble immediately made his presence well known within Carolina's offense. However, off the field, Tommy's personal life is equally important as is his relationship with his fiancée, Hope Madison DeShazer.

She is a micro-influencer now, with a background in cheerleading at the University of Notre Dame, before she bid it farewell on 24 November 2021. The couple attended Notre Dame together, so they were in a long-distance relationship after he got drafted by Carolina in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft, but the love remained the same.
