Why Taylor Swift Skipped Travis Kelce's Birthday

Today in Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce news that'll doubtless have everyone spiraling (no need, everything is fiiiiine!), the Tortured Poets Department singer was a no-show at the Chiefs tight end's birthday over the weekend. But before you side-eye, Travis confirmed that Taylor is showing up at tonight's (October 7) game between the Chiefs and the Saints at Arrowhead Stadium. In other words, things are good.

Speaking at his ~Kelce Car Jam~ birthday event, Travis told a fan "She will not be here right now. I know she's coming for the game." He also added "Aw, I appreciate that, thank you," when the fan said how much they love Tay.

As for why Taylor didn't show up to Travis' party, Page Six previously reported that she has been extremely busy gearing up for the Eras Tour, which kicks off again in Miami on October 18.

Meanwhile, an insider recently told Entertainment Tonight that the singer and NFL player are still going strong, saying "Taylor and Travis are still together and doing well. He's been busy with the NFL season, and she has been enjoying some time off before her upcoming shows. Even though Taylor isn't currently touring, she is still very busy with work and sorting out her upcoming plans."

After tonight's game, Tay isn't expected in to show up in the stands for at least a few weeks due to Eras Tour conflicts, But she'll be a little more freed up in November, so check out her full schedule....
