Winthrop man plans on investing $1 million lottery prize
WINTHROP, Mass. (WWLP) – A man from Winthrop is the winner of a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery's "$10,000,000 Bonanza" instant ticket game.

According to the Massachusetts Lottery, Facundo Cuello of Winthrop chose the cash option and received a one-time payment of $650,000, before taxes. Cuello says he plans on investing his winnings.
The ticket was purchased at Energy North on Shirley Street in Winthrop and will receive a $10,000 bonus for the sale of the ticket.
