Wisconsin driver crashes through building while allegedly fleeing from police
BARTON, Wis. (WFRV) – A driver was recently taken into custody after they crashed through a building in eastern Wisconsin while allegedly fleeing from police.
A Facebook post from the West Bend Fire Department details the incident, which happened sometime during the past week in the 7000 block of State Highway 144 in the Town of Barton.

Authorities say that the driver was allegedly fleeing from officers when they crashed into the building on State Highway 144.
The driver reportedly stated they were wearing a seatbelt and they were not injured. After being evaluated by firefighters and paramedics, the driver refused to be taken to a hospital and was released into police custody.
