GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — Uncle Fred's Food Truck features a blend of southern and Caribbean style food, but it was built on flavors and memories from Uncle Fred's childhood.
"I could go to any house in the neighborhood and at any given time and man, it was just, the food would just be so delicious," said Uncle Fred.
He said that his own food is made with the hope that it brings the same feelings to those that eat it.
"It's full of flavor and full of love when it's cooked," he said.
