Woman killed in shooting at SW Houston liquor store, HPD says

HOUSTON — Details are limited after a woman was shot and killed in southwest Houston.
Houston police said the shooting happened Tuesday around 12:45 p.m. at a business on South Post Oak Road just inside Beltway 8.
Video from the scene showed a heavy police presence at a liquor store. Crime scene tape blocked off the parking lot and several police units were there.
Circumstances surrounding the shooting are unknown and police didn't say if anyone had been taken into custody as a result of the shooting.
