Davis is one of three men accused of killing Alejandro Fajardo-Torres, 43, in Aug. 2023 at the AutoZone store on Sancus Boulevard near Polaris Fashion Place.

Along with Davis, two other men — Anthony Blakely and Darius Wynn – are charged in the crime. As of Monday, Davis is the only one to enter a guilty plea. Blakely was originally scheduled to plead guilty on May 31 but rejected the plea deal .
