90 Day Fiance’s Loren Brovarnik Slammed for Making Ozempic Comment

90 Day Fiancé star Loren Brovarnik's Instagram followers were not fans of her recent comments about being on Ozempic .

Loren, 36, shared a video of her doing an intense pilates workout via Instagram on Friday, November 15. She captioned the post, "POV: They say you're on Ozempic."

Fans immediately rushed to the comment section to air out their grievances with the social media post. "It wasn't Ozempic, it was cosmetic surgery. We'd all love to have it done," one follower pointed out. Meanwhile, another user added, "Hmmm ... not Ozempic but plastic surgery ... so not sure what you trying to say here."

"No one thinks ur on Ozempic babe," a third quipped, to which the TLC personality directly clapped back, writing, "A lot of rumors about it actually babe."

Fans have followed Loren's plastic surgery journey over the last few years. The New York native underwent a complete "mommy makeover" during season 8 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? , which aired on TLC from March to August.

"[It's] basically a tummy tuck, I'm doing a 360 lipo from my chins, my arms, my upper back, my lower back, my thighs and then I'm going to do a fat transfer with that lipo to my boobs," the TLC personality said. "I don't want to put anything foreign in my body. I'm repurposing my body parts to go where they need to be."

Her family and husband, Alexei Brovarnik, were hesitant about the procedure but supported her throughout the process. Loren insisted the surgeries were "necessary" because she had "three C-sections in two and a half years."

"One of the lasting effects has been abdominal diastasis – my abdomen muscles have separated and they won't go back," she continued. "It's physically uncomfortable. I love my children, but my body just didn't get a break. It was a really busy three years."

Loren and Alexei, 36, faced difficult moments on camera as the Israel native felt she downplayed the recovery process, and the responsibility of raising their three children — Shai, Asher, and Ariel – fell directly on him. The 90 Day Fiancé alum said it went as far as affecting their sex life as it caused them to fight "all the time."

"Our intimacy hasn't been as much as he would like," Loren admitted to a friend during the June 30 episode of the spinoff. "We've always been a united front and lately we have not been on the same page and we really need to get back to that."

Although Alexei directly opposed his wife going under the knife again, Loren revealed she was back on the operating table in September.

"Clean up surgery: removing scar tissue underneath my old belly button and scar from my surgery last year," Loren shared via her Instagram Stories on September 17. "Yes, I'm going fully under. Yes, I have Alexei's full support. Yes, it is common to get scar tissue."

The next day, the mom of three updated fans and revealed she had a successful surgery. "I would be lying if I said I was a happy camper," she said in a video clip. "I'm actually really uncomfortable, it's not easy but if I can get through the last surgery, I can get through this."
