10 most expensive homes sold in Lancaster County, Nov. 11-17

A house in Eden Twp that sold for $2.3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Lancaster County in the past week.

In total, 126 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $360,817. The average price per square foot ended up at $206.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 11 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The sale of the single family residence at 73 Silver Birch Drive in East Lampeter Township has been finalized. The price was $575,000, and the new owners took over the house in November.
