A Friday Evening With Good Food and Good Friends? “Wine Knot”

D.Nguyen45 min ago

(KNSI) – Wine Knot is a week away and is the perfect ladies' night out.

Leighton Media Executive Director of Events Cole Erie tells KNSI News organizers are stressing a local focus, from the vendors and pop-up shops to the appetizers and drinks. "We're really looking forward to the event this year. We are partnering with Jule's Bistro. They're going to be doing all of the food at the event this year. We're going to be showcasing some local wineries and the distilleries as well. Obbink and Iron Street are going to be there, as well as Brookview Winery and Rolling Ridge."

Erie describes it as smaller in scale by design than the St. Cloud Craft Beer and CiderFest, which he also organizes. "This is definitely going to be a little bit more of an intimate feel. You're going to get that opportunity to have one-on-one conversations with the business owners, marketing managers, and brand representatives of our different sponsors and booths. This event, we typically have right around 250 people. There's no dress code, but we kind of see the trend is that everybody gets dressed up."

Prizes giveaways from J.F. Kruse Jewelers, designer shoes from Wruck Sewer and Portable Rentals, and more are planned. E and Co. Clothing women's boutique will have a pop-up shop and Erie suggests checking out the hat bar being hosted by Ashley Green and the Green Thumb.

All proceeds benefit the INDY Foundation as it supports cancer warriors. You can buy tickets here
