AARP schedules events for the area
AARP will host the upcoming events. All events are free and registration is required for all the listings.
These are AARP events but membership is not required. All of the events will take place at the Central Community College, Grand Island campus, at 3134 W. Highway 34.
"The Time is Now. Live It!": From 1:30 to 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26. Come for a fun, interactive healthy aging presentation by Prairie Commons Tabitha about purposeful living through mind and body exercises. Healthy Aging: Three Lunch & Learns by Prairie Commons Tabitha: From 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day. For each session, registration is required and also a light lunch will be served. 1.)
