Atlantic Co. Dealer Who Hid Drugs In His Underwear Sentenced Marlow Guerrier was dealing drugs from homes in Atlantic City, Somers Point, Galloway and Egg Harbor Twp., and two cars, officials said.

SOMERS POINT, NJ — A Somers Point drug dealer who hid cocaine in his underwear was sentenced to New Jersey State Prison on drugs and weapons offenses, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.

Marlow Guerrier, 41, was sentenced to an aggregate term of 12 years in prison with a six-year period of parole ineligibility. Guerrier also had to forfeit all weapons, contraband and cash seized totaling $90,590, officials said.

A drug investigation found that Guerrier was dealing large quantities of crack cocaine from four Atlantic County residences and two vehicles, authorities said.

Search warrants were executed on the two vehicles and homes in Atlantic City, Somers Point, Galloway and Egg Harbor Township on June 22, 2023, authorities said.

Guerrier was in the Somers Point house, where officers found a clear plastic bag containing about three ounces of cocaine in his underwear, two more plastic bags of cocaine near the family room couch, more than $90,000 in cash believed to be from drug distribution, a Glock (Model 26) 9mm handgun, one high-capacity ammunition magazine loaded with 16 hollow nose bullets and three digital scales with narcotics residue.

The loaded Glock was inside of a safe in a bedroom, which also contained Guerrier's vaccine card, Social Security card and cash.

The search of the Galloway home found a Stoeger 9mm handgun with a high capacity ammunition magazine loaded with 13 hollow nose rounds, a Taurus 9mm handgun with a high-capacity magazine loaded with 12 hollow nose rounds, two ounces of crack cocaine, spoons, a narcotic cutting agent, two digital scales, plastic bags used in the packaging of narcotics, a plate with narcotics residue, a blender and a methamphetamine sifter, officials said. These items are used in the processing and packaging of cocaine. Several of the paraphernalia items were located in common areas of the apartment.

Guerrier provided a Mirandized statement in reference to this investigation, where he said the Glock and cocaine in the Somers Point home belonged to him, officials said. He also admitted that the materials and guns in the Galloway apartment were his.

As Guerrier had a prior drug conviction, he is prohibiting from possessing firearms.

He was sentenced on multiple charges, including first-degree maintaining a production facility, second-degree possession with the intent to distribute cocaine, second-degree possession of a firearm while committing a CDS offense, and two counts of second-degree certain persons not to possess firearms.
