enjamin B. Visavati, 59, of Wells Mountain, Wyalusing, died Tuesday at the
Memorial Hospital, Towanda.
Born in the Miners Mills section of Wilkes-Barre, he was a son of the late
Anthony and Charlotte (Aigello) Visavati. He was a driver for the Creter Vault
Co., Flemington, N.J., follower of St. Peter and Paul’s Catholic Church,
Towanda, and member of MADD, Bradford County.
He was preceded in death by his son, Gene Bouse; sisters, Lillian Kulscar,
Judi Lovering, Stella Wisniewski and Joan Fisher.
Surviving are his wife of 22 years, Peggie (Bouse) Visavati, Wyalusing;
son, Derek Bouse, Laceyville; Kenneth, Retta; Keith, Meshoppen; and Kevin,
Springville; daughter, Kathleen, Retta; eight grandchildren; sister, Monica
Lawson, Montrose; brothers, Dennis, Dimock; and Bart, Wilkes-Barre; nieces and
nephews.
There will be no calling hours or funeral services. A Memorial Mass will be
held at a later date, to be announced, at the St. Peter and Paul’s Catholic
Church, with Father Ron Hughes officiating. Interment will be at the
convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements were by the Sheldon Funeral
Home, Main Street, Laceyville.
