Brad Keselowski weighs in on Front Row, 23XI Racing lawsuit against NASCAR

The talk of the sport is 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports' lawsuit against NASCAR . Brad Keselowski has weighed in. As a driver-owner at RFK Racing, Keselowski has a unique perspective on the lawsuit.

Throughout the negotiations with NASCAR, Brad Keselowski has been a reliable source to test the temperature. For a long time, he was just as frustrated as Denny Hamlin and other owners appeared to be.

Today at Talladega, Keselowski caught up with the media and talked about the lawsuit.

His immediate reaction?

"Took a deep breath and said, 'Alright, I guess that's where we are,'" Keselowski said, via Bob Pockrass of FOX Sports . "Obviously, we aren't a part of this. We are but we're not, right? Because anyone who is part of the garage is a part of it whether you want to be or not. So, see what happens, right?"

Brad Keselowski also stated that he isn't worried about his sponsors being flaky. His partners are on board and since they have signed the charter agreement, RFK Racing will not be joining the lawsuit with 23XI and Front Row.

"There's always going to be fighting over the piece of the pie and all of that," Keselowski explained. "The reality is, we want to grow the sport as a whole, I know that's where my head's at. I can't control anything else that happens outside of my own world, but I can do whatever small part possible to grow NASCAR and motorsports as a whole and that's really where my focus is."

When the lawsuit is all said and done – Brad Keselowski wants one thing:

"Just want peace," the driver-owner said. "What I want is for our entire industry to become laser-focused on growing the sport, and to have incentives that connect to where we all win when that happens."

There is a reason why teams like RFK Racing aren't going to join the lawsuit now. They get little in return at this point. If 23XI and Front Row win better conditions for teams and ways to improve NASCAR commercially, that's a win for the teams.
