The Band Parents Association of the Greater Nanticoke Area Marching Band, 6

Kingston Rec Center Dodgeball Leagues, applications are being accepted for
players ages 6 and older. The youth league is $25 per person and the adult

Mountain Top Area Volleyball League, registration and preseason practice,
Sept. 13 and Sept. 20 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. The league is open to men and women.
The league is limited to eight teams with an eight-player roster. Cost is $20

Stanton Lanes Monday Night Bowling League is seeking a five-man team to

American Cancer Society Fund-Raiser 5K Run/Walk, 10 a.m. Saturday at Penn
State Wilkes-Barre in Lehman Township. Cost is $12 for pre-registration and

Forty Fort Baseball Awards Banquet, 7-9 p.m. Oct. 3, Golden Palace,
Parsons. Tickets will be on sale at the Little League Field on Tripp Street
from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. Players attend for free. Cost is $15 for
adults, $12 for children age 5-12, and no charge for children under 5. For

Home School Phys Ed Program, a 10-week program for home-schooled students,
which will begin Sept. 20 at the Rock Recreation Center, Trucksville. Cost for
Rock members is $40 per student, with a $35 multichild discount; and $50 for

Hoop City Fall Instructional League, Sept. 20-Oct. 25 for children in
grades kindergarten through seventh at the Rock Recreation Center,

Pittston City Little League Cooperstown Bus Trip, 8 a.m. Sept. 12. The trip
is free for players. Others can go at $35 for adults, $25 for children, with

Tunkhannock Area School District Water Aerobics will begin Sept. 14 at the
high school pool. Sessions will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 p.m.
