LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A Camden man now has 680,000 reasons to smile.

Arkansas Scholarship Lottery officials said the man claimed a $680,000 Natural State Jackpot prize at its claim center on Nov. 6. The man, who was not named in the news release, had purchased the ticket for the Nov. 5 drawing at a Camden retailer.

Two big winners in Election Night Arkansas lottery

He told lottery officials that he purchased the ticket with the winnings from a previous Natural State drawing using quick-pick numbers. He scanned his ticket the morning after the drawing and his Arkansas Lottery Club app told him to visit the Little Rock claim center.

He told officials he thought that was odd, since he had never seen that message before.

Lottery officials said the man told him that when he saw a fellow Camden resident claimed a $1 million prize in October, he wondered if the city could support a second big winner.
