Car arrives at Cleveland hospital with shot-out windows

CLEVELAND (WJW) — Authorities are investigating a shooting incident that led a black Mercedes to drive up to the emergency room at Fairview Hospital with its windows shot out.

It happened early Thursday morning around 2:15 a.m.

The Cleveland Clinic tells FOX 8 the hospital was temporarily on lockdown after two shooting victims arrived.

Cleveland police, along with the Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) police, are looking into the shooting, which reportedly occurred in the 4500 block of West 174th Street.

At the scene, about ten evidence markers were found in the parking lot of a nearby CMHA housing development.

No further details about the victims or potential suspects have been released.
