6-car crash causes serious injury on I-70 in Denver

DENVER ( KDVR ) — Denver police are responding to a six-car crash between the Central Park and Montbello neighborhoods.

At 10 a.m. on Monday, the Denver Police Department posted on X that officers were responding to a crash involving six motorists on westbound Interstate 70 and Havana Street, just east of The Shops at Northfield.

Police said one person was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Denver police released very few details about the scene, but CoTrip says traffic is moving as normal. However, officers said to expect some delays.
