Caught on camera: UTEP maintenance vehicle stolen

A maintenance vehicle from the University of Texas at El Paso was stolen and caught on camera.
The vehicle was stolen Monday morning at the campus.
The vehicle was later recovered.
The video shows a man get into the vehicle, backed up and hit a parked vehicle before he drives away.
UTEP provided the following statement:
