Chicago Bears Big Play Tracker Week 6

Z.Baker33 min ago
The Chicago Bears did it again. They made more big plays than their opponent and it led to a comfortable victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 6.

On offense, the Bears added four explosive plays to the ledger as follows:

A 31-yard TD pass to Cole Kmet on a sweet double fake pass down the middle of the field. A slick 28-yard strike to rookie wide receiver Rome Odunze. A nice Caleb Williams 23-yard scramble with a somewhat awkward slide on the mid-field NFL shield logo. Another Cole Kmet catch, this time a 27-yard gain on an improvisational play that Caleb Williams threw on a dead sprint.
A fun four plays and even better that the defense only allowed two explosive plays on their end. As for the defense, four sacks were added to the sheet with two turnovers. TJ Edwards forced Evan Engram to cough it up with Elijah Hicks on the spot to scoop up the ball while Josh Blackwell snared a Trevor Lawrence throw. The Bears defense has seven interceptions and six fumble recoveries through their first six games. As crazy as it seems, they may just get that 20/20 turnover they set as their goal to start the year.

Overall, the Bears now have a +9 Toxic Differential Plus thanks in large part to a positive turnover differential. They rank tied for 11th in the league in that stat through six weeks and have been moving up the ranks over the last three contests.
