Cloudy Sunday with few showers
COLUMBUS, Ga (WRBL)- Yet another overcast and humid day for the start of our weekend. A lucky few saw quick passing shower, but most stayed dry. Temperatures remained in the 70s, with warmer highs to our south.
Sunday: Expect much of the same for the end of the weekend. Overcast skies and a few pop up showers in the afternoon. The change tomorrow: Highs will be cooler, struggling to get out of the lower 70s.
Monday: Winds will remain breezy through Monday morning, gusting up to 20mph at times. A front entering Monday will help clear out the clouds for the start of next week. With more sun comes warmer temperatures Monday afternoon.
Rest of the Week: By midweek, readings will quickly cool back off into the lower 70s with lows in the mid 50s. Our next chance for measurable rainfall will come thanks to another cold front Thursday. This cold front could bring a few showers Thursday, however, there is still a lot of uncertainty about how much rainfall we could get. Readings will remain in the mid 70s and lows in the upper 40s.
