Crime Reports: Suspect accused of assaulting healthcare worker during treatment in Abilene

3300 block of E Hwy 80 – Burglary of Vehicle Two unknown suspects cut a victim's fence and broke into a work utility truck.

800 block of N 6th Street – Assault Hospital Staff A known suspect is accused of assaulting a healthcare worker while they were providing treatment.

4100 block of Ridgemont Drive – Theft of Property Two suspects were arrested for theft at a local business.

3700 block of Ridgemont Drive – Failure to Identify Jewelry, a cooler, and more were reported stolen from an Abilene business.

4300 block of Buffalo Gap Road – Theft of Property A suspect was arrested for theft at a local department store.

5200 block of S 1st Street – Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle A motor vehicle was reported stolen from an Abilene motel.

2400 block of S 1st Street – Assault A report for assault was taken in south Abilene.
