Dallas-Fort Worth will begin October warm and dry.

Monday, the last day of September, will be sunny and warm with temperatures in the low 90s, said Steve Fano, lead meteorologist at the National Weather Service Fort Worth office.

As October begins Tuesday, temperatures will stay in the low 90s.

A weak cold front will move through Dallas-Fort Worth on Tuesday, which could bring temperatures down a few ticks to the high 80s on Wednesday, Fano said.

By Thursday and Friday, temperatures will be back in the low 90s. Over the weekend, North Texans can expect sunny skies and continued temperatures in the low 90s.

As far as rain chances, Fano said there are not any for the next seven days.

"It's really not going to change much this week," Fano said.
