Dorothy Leonard Obituary
Dorothy Rebecca "Becky" (Fryer) Leonard, 72, of Birdsboro, passed away Friday, November 1, 2024 in Reading Hospital. She was the wife of Michael W. Leonard. Born in Norristown, Mrs. Leonard was the daughter of the late William G. Fryer, Sr. and Dorothy E. (Swenda) Fryer.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Leonard is survived by her three children; Colleen R. Tillger, Sarah E. Tillger, and Justin M. Geunes, fiancé of Tiffany Wetzel, all of Boyertown; her brother Michael Fryer, husband of Tracy Fryer, of Pottstown and her sister Joy Fryer of Royersford. She was preceded in death by her brother William G. Fryer, Jr. and her sister Beth Wells. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who loved her dearly, as well as her beloved cat, Autumn.
She was a CNA at Leader nursing home in Pottstown and worked in retail at the Reading Outlets and Coventry Mall. She was a member of Pottstown Seventh Day Adventist Church. She loved music, dancing, singing and shopping (always buying things for others).
Becky will be deeply missed by her children, husband, extended family and friends.
Memorial Service will be held at Pottstown Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1134 North Charlotte Street, Pottstown, PA on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 10am. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
