DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — To avoid congested lines on Election Day, many local residents are taking to the polls this weekend before early voting ends.
Election officials told 2 NEWS that Sunday, Nov. 3 would have the longest wait times, particularly between the hours of 1 and 5 p.m. Early voting ends on Sunday; polls will be closed on Monday.
Those voting on Saturday at the Montgomery County Board of Elections should expect to take between 30 and 45 minutes to go from parking to voting, and back to their car. This time could extend depending on how long it takes to cast your ballot.
