Eight years after Terry Brisk was killed while hunting, officials still seek answers
Eight years after Terry Brisk was killed on his parents' property in Morrison County, officials are still looking for a suspect in connection with his death.
Terry Brisk, 41, was fatally shot in the woods while hunting northeast of Little Falls on Nov. 7, 2016.
The Morrison County Sheriff's Office has issued a public appeal for information on the eight-year anniversary of his death.
An investigation into the incident found that Brisk was shot with his own rifle from a close proximity. Officials believe Brisk and the suspect interacted with each other before the shooting.
In 2022, the sheriff's office also i dentified a blue van or minivan as a "vehicle of interest" in the case and stated that such a vehicle "may have been in the area the day Brisk was killed."
A $30,000 reward has been offered in exchange for information that leads to a suspect's arrest and conviction.
