food chain set to open 1st N.J. locations

Zaxby's , the Southern fast-casual restaurant food chain, is coming soon to New Jersey.

In late October, Zaxby's sent out a press release that they are set to open six Zaxby's locations across the Garden State that will be operated under the GSP Group.

The first two locations will open by summer 2025 in South Jersey. The exact locations were not yet disclosed.

Zaxby's is famous for their chicken "fingerz," wings and signature sauce with locations across 19 states.

"We are eager to see Zaxbys expand into New Jersey with such experienced and passionate owners," said Mike Mettler, Chief Development Officer at Zaxby's in the news release. "The GSP Group's strong operational background and commitment to excellence make them the ideal partners to grow our brand in this new market."
