FREE: ‘Large-scale’ dental clinic set for NE Ohio
CLEVELAND (WJW) – A free 2-day dental clinic is coming to Cleveland and offering everything from X-rays and cleanings to extractions, fillings, and more.
According to a press release, the large-scale dental and medical clinic is being provided by the non-profit MedWish Medworks and will take place on Friday, Nov. 8 and Saturday, Nov. 9 at the Huntington Convention Center .
According to organizers, last year, patients received an estimated $800,000 worth of dental services for free. This year, the event is expanding to include various medical services and testing as well.
Ohio program helps pay winter energy bills
"The clinic is open to all individuals and families with no insurance or ID required," said Roger Hess DDS, MedWish Medworks board member and Dental Lead in the release. "Each year, we've worked to continually grow this large-scale clinic and believe this one will be our biggest and most successful event offering these free services to people around our community."

Free screenings
X-rays
Temporary partials for adults
Screenings and sealants for children
Veterans Day 2024: Ceremonies, parades, and more
Medical services offered include:
Podiatry services
Dermatology services
Hearing screenings and ear exams (Saturday only)
HIV testing
FIT tests
Doors open at 7 a.m. and care is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
