The Return of Ramen Tatsu-ya's MT. FUJIRO

Ramen Tatsu-Ya , the nationally acclaimed ramen shop with a Houston location at and 6 locations in Austin helmed by Tatsu Aikawa, has brought back its Mt. Fujiro bowl for a limited time: through November 22!

The decadent, mountain-shaped bowl received its name as an ode to Mt. Fuji and Jiro-style ramen, made popular in Tokyo in the late 60's by Ramen Jiro.
