The Giants (0-2) are still seeking their first win of the season after dropping their first two games to the Minnesota Vikings and Washington Commanders. The Browns (1-1) are looking to build off last week's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Here are the inactive players for each team:

CB Nick McCloud (knee)

CB Tre Hawkins

OLB Benton Whitley

DE Boogie Basham

G Jake Kubas

S Anthony Johnson Jr.

QB Tommy DeVito (emergency third QB)

Called up from the practice squad: LB Ty Summers and CB Art Green

QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson (emergency third QB)

RB Pierre Strong Jr.

CB Kahlef Hailassie

G Javion Cohen

T Jack Conklin

WR Jamari Thrash

TE David Njoku

NOTES:

Edge rusher Brian Burns will play. He was listed on the Saturday injury report due to a groin injury. Clearly the Giants are confident in his health as fellow linebackers Whitley and Basham are healthy scratches.

DeVito and Thompson-Robinson are the emergency third quarterbacks in this game, so they can play if needed, even though both are listed as inactive.

Cornerback Nick McCloud remains out with his knee injury. He did not make the trip to Cleveland.
