Glennville woman reportedly robbed in own garage at gunpoint

GLENNVILLE, Ga. (WSAV) – Authorities in Tattnall County are investigating after a woman says she was robbed in her garage at gunpoint.

According to an incident report from the Tattnall County Sheriff's Office, the victim arrived around 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday at her home on Highway 301 in Glennville.

She said that as she was exiting her vehicle parked in her garage, the suspect grabbed her and pointed a gun at her head.

According to the report, the suspect demanded she hand over her rings, valued at approximately $25,000, along with some bags in her car.

The suspect then ran west away from the victim's house, she reported.

The victim described the suspect to investigators. At this time, no arrests have been made.
