Gwen Stefani showed off the first-ever designer item she bought almost 30 years ago in a preview for her upcoming music video.

The blonde beauty was spotted wearing a white Vivienne Westwood bustier with a rose, which she wore almost 30 years ago in her Spiderwebs music video and in her Late Night with David Letterman performance of Just a Girl.

Gwen has been busy promoting her fourth solo album Bouquet , which she has been selling on the Home Shopping Network - a decision that has divided fans.

The former No Doubt frontwoman, 55, teased the video for her new single Somebody Else's Tuesday on HSN and showed off the top, which was immediately familiar to her longtime fans.

The Voice judge, who shares three sons with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale , saved up to by the $800 corset - and didn't even know who the designer was at the time.

Gwen wore the corset in her 1996 music video for Spiderwebs, styling the designer top with tartan pants and her signature red lip.

In the Somebody Else's snippet, Gwen channeled Clueless character Cher Horowitz , played by Alicia Silverstone in the 1995 rom-com, in a yellow plaid blazer.

The Tragic Kingdom songstress is a longtime fan of the 'godmother of punk,' and famously wore the late designer's creations her What You Waiting For? music video, but at one point, she had no idea who she was.

Gwen told Vogue she found the Westwood top while shopping in Los Angeles at Melrose Trading Post - and it was her first big designer purchase that she saved up for.

'I think the funniest story is Just a Girl had come out and we were gonna be doing our next video for Spiderwebs. I didn't have a stylist or a makeup artist,' Gwen remembered.

'I went to Melrose to try to find a top and I stumbled upon this store that had all these amazing corsets. They were all lined up on the wall. They looked like little works of art. I was like, "Oh my God, that's my dream if I could get one of those."'

The three-time Grammy winner ended up saving up and buying it for $800.

'I feel so connected to her, and I feel like when I wear her, it fits me so well and it's everything that I love,' the SoCal singer said.

Fans on social media celebrated the vintage piece after The Westwood Archives shared snaps.

'Beautiful stuff must be donned until it's falling apart and even beyond that level,' one person wrote.

'It looks like the corset was made for her,' another said.

The California native is a fan of bringing back her past outfits.
