Hayley Atwell dazzles in black satin gown as she makes rare public outing with fiancé Ned Wolfgang Kelly at Harrods event following rumours they've welcomed their first child
Have YOU got a story? Email Hayley Atwell put on a loved-up display with her fiancé Ned Wolfgang Kelly on Tuesday night, as they attended the star-studded re-opening of The Georgian at Harrods. The actress, 42, exuded elegance at the event in a black satin gown, gathered at the waist to showcase her svelte figure. Adding a pop of colour to her monochrome ensemble, the Marvel star added a pair of bright red high heels. Toting a small black and silver Yves Saint Laurent clutch, Hayley completed her sophisticated look with glossy curls and a bold red lip. She cosied up to her fiancé, who put on a dashing display in a loose-fitted black suit with a white button-up shirt underneath. The music producer added a pair of smart dress shoes and a quirky black bolo tie, adorned with a silver horse. The couple - who were first linked in July 2022 - have kept their relationship away from the public eye and are rarely pictured together. Ned popped the question to Hayley in Venice in April 2023, and the pair are thought to have welcomed their first child together this year. The Mission Impossible star sparked speculation she was to become a mother after she was seen cradling her tummy during another trip to Venice with Ned in April this year. And on Tuesday last week, Hayley was photographed stepping out with her baby for the first time, as she lovingly cradled her little one on a visit to a London park . Confirming their engagement last year on Instagram, Ned wrote: 'Lucky me. Arrived in Venice at 10am, around midday the love of my life and I got engaged in the kitchen of this strange apartment surrounded by ducks, with a bloke outside the window murdering "My Way" on the accordion. 'A perfect start to the rest of our lives together. I'd never had any interest in getting married... until I met this extraordinary woman. Happy as a clam.' While speaking to the Daily Mail's Richard Eden, Hayley described Ned's low-key proposal, recalling: 'My fiancé was in his pants in the kitchen, and there was an accordion playing outside our window — which was timed perfectly but not planned. 'We had rented this Airbnb that had lots of shelves with porcelain ducks on them, so it was quite a surreal set-up. 'I said to him, "Venice was my first most precious destination", and I've always had a weird connection with it. So, he took me there, and it happened there.' Also in attendance at The Georgian's grand re-opening on Tuesday was singer Jessie Ware, who commanded attention in a bold lime green dress. She paired the eye-catching number with a pair of unique dangling floral earrings and velvet magenta heels. While actress Yasmin Finney looked nothing short of sensational, as she donned a daring satin and lace dress that showcased her statuesque frame. The risqué number boasted sheer panelling and racy cut-outs to flash plenty of skin, while Yasmin draped an oversized black blazer over her shoulders. The Heartstopper and Dr Who star added some sparkle with two diamond chokers, silver earrings and an intricately beaded handbag. Small Axe star Malachi Kirby cut a very suave figure in a charcoal blazer layered over a black turtleneck jumper. While Nina Suess looked chic in a neutral-toned knit dress, with voluminous sleeves and black band detailing. Hana Martin showed her impeccable style, as she opted for a timeless little black dress for the evening emphasizing her tiny waist. Lily Newmark teamed a black button-up waistcoat with a deep blue satin maxi skirt, styling it with a black belt and a coordinating cropped jacket. And Sandy Powell showed her bold fashion taste, as she opted for a bright red shirt and boots to match her fiery scarlet hair, paired with a black jacket and neckerchief.0 Comments
